2. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically records information that your browser transmits. This comprises the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the IP address and the time of the request.

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. The data is deleted after a short storage period.

3. Contact form and email contact

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the details you provide — name, email address, optionally your telephone number, the subject and your message — in order to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions.

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and, where the enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, by sending an informal message to the address above.

The data remains with us until you request its erasure, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storage ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory retention periods — in particular commercial and tax law retention obligations — remain unaffected.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use web analytics, advertising networks or social media plug-ins. Fonts are delivered from our own server; no connection is made to third-party font providers when the site is displayed.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider that processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Please insert the name and address of the hosting provider actually used here before launch.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data stored about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
